Hi! I'm Érica Ramos
As a versatile visual artist based between Lisbon and Pombal, driven by a passion for visual storytelling, I've crafted a unique path through design, illustration, and marketing.
My foundation in Graphic and Multimedia Design from ESAD.CR, combined with hands-on marketing experience at Manutan, has shaped me into a versatile creative professional.
My journey spans from crafting children's book illustrations and developing brand identities to managing multichannel marketing projects. This diverse background has given me a distinctive perspective on creative development - merging artistic vision with practical execution.

Currently working as a freelance artist and designer, I specialize in 2D art and concept development, bringing stories to life through various mediums and styles. I'm always eager to connect with fellow creatives and innovators who share my passion for pushing creative boundaries while delivering impactful results.
Why ARAVIA?
From the Archaic Portuguese, ARAVIA refers to an unwritten and somewhat corrupted form of language born from the fusion of Portuguese and Arabic, often used by common folk and sometimes expressed in song. Though it was difficult to understand, I find it profoundly inspiring how people could still communicate and, in doing so, create something unexpected and new. As an artist, I strive to emulate this spirit—breaking through the limitations of verbal expression and personal perspectives, whether mine or others.
